Returns Policy

Returns & Refunds Policy


At Integraflow, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. Please read our Returns & Refunds Policy carefully before ordering or requesting to return any items.


Cancellations


Orders accepted by Integraflow may only be cancelled with our permission. Please contact us to request cancellation and obtain a returns note.


Please note that the following items cannot be cancelled or returned:

  • Non-catalogue products which are manufactured to order
  • Pipe that has been cut to length
  • Custom fabricated or machined parts


Returns Process


Products may only be returned and refunded or credited under the following conditions:

  1. Obtain Prior Authorisation
    Contact us at admin@integraflow.co.uk to obtain written agreement and a returns note. This number must be quoted on all returned paperwork.
  2. Timing
    Returns must be made within 14 days of the delivery date (as stated on your delivery documentation).
  3. Returns Form
    A completed Returns Form must be included inside the package. This can be requested by emailing admin@integraflow.co.uk.
  4. Condition of Goods
    • Products must be returned in their original condition and in a re-saleable state.
    • Items must be adequately packed to prevent damage during transit.
  5. Return Address
    All returns should be clearly labelled and sent to:

  6. Reference Number
    Please quote your invoice details or the Document Reference Number when returning any goods.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-refundable and cannot be returned:

  • Non-catalogue or specially manufactured products
  • Pipe that has been cut to size
  • Custom fabricated or machined parts


Carriage Charges

  • Original courier and delivery charges are non-refundable.
  • The cost of returning goods is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service and keeping proof of dispatch.
  • Integraflow will not accept any liability for items damaged, misplaced, lost or stolen whilst being returned.


Handling Charges

If the return is due to customer error or items are no longer required, and all return conditions are met, a 30% handling charge will apply plus any transport cost to return to the supplier or manufacturer if relevant.


Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • For customers with a trade account, a credit note can be issued upon request.
  • All refunds and credits will be issued within 14 working days of receiving the returned goods.
