What to include in your enquiry

Send the details you have, together with a product code, specification or drawing where available. These starting points help us understand what you need.

Pipe & tube sizes

  • Size designation and outside diameter, where known
  • Wall thickness or schedule
  • Required lengths and quantities

Materials & finishes

  • Material and the exact grade specified
  • Required surface finish or treatment
  • Any material specification or drawing reference

Connections & fittings

  • Size and connection type at each end
  • Thread type and male or female connections, where applicable
  • Whether you need an individual component or a complete assembly

Flanges & specifications

  • Specified standard, size and pressure designation
  • Flange type, bore and face
  • Hole pattern or drawing for an existing flange you need to match

Valves, hoses & seals
