BS Imperial

Integraflow supplies a full range of BS 4825 hygienic weld fittings in imperial sizes for clean process systems used in food, beverage, dairy, pharmaceutical, and cosmetic industries. All fittings are manufactured from 316L stainless steel, with high-quality internal finishes to support hygienic flow and CIP/SIP compatibility.

Our BS-standard imperial weld fittings include:

  • 90° and 45° elbows

  • Equal and reducing tees

  • Concentric and eccentric reducers

  • Weld and expanded ferrules

  • End caps and socket weld adaptors

These fittings are precision-engineered for seamless pipe welding and are suitable for systems requiring full compliance with British hygienic pipework standards. Surface finishes meet food-grade specifications, and all items are fully traceable and certified.

Standard sizes range from 1” to 4” OD in 1.5mm , 1.6mm or 2mm wall thickness, with short radius and long radius options available. Stocked in the UK and available for immediate dispatch from Integraflow.
