Fittings

ntegraflow offers a comprehensive range of hygienic stainless steel fittings for clean process systems in the food, dairy, brewery, beverage, pharmaceutical, and cosmetics industries. All fittings are manufactured from high-grade 316L stainless steel, with smooth internal surfaces to prevent product retention and allow for clean-in-place (CIP) and steam-in-place (SIP) compatibility.

Our hygienic fitting range includes:

  • Clamp (Tri-Clamp) fittings — easy-assembly fittings with gaskets for fast, hygienic connections.

  • Weld fittings — elbows, tees, reducers, and ferrules for permanent hygienic pipe installations.

  • Threaded fittings — suitable for low-pressure applications with hygienic BSP threads.

  • DIN, BS 4825, and ASME BPE fittings — compliant with key international standards.
