Bends

Integraflow supplies a full range of hygienic stainless steel bends in imperial sizes, manufactured to BS 4825 Part 1standards. Designed for hygienic pipework systems in the food, dairy, brewery, beverage, pharmaceutical, and cosmetic industries, these bends ensure smooth, clean flow transitions in process lines.

Available in:

  • 90° bends – for right-angle directional changes, with options for long or short radius depending on flow dynamics and space constraints.

  • 45° bends – used for softer directional transitions, reducing flow disruption and product hang-up.

All bends are made from high-quality 316L stainless steel, with polished internal surfaces suitable for clean-in-place (CIP) and steam-in-place (SIP) systems. Manufactured with precision radii and formed from hygienic tube to maintain consistent wall thickness and hygienic integrity.

Imperial sizes from ½” to 4” OD are available from stock, with full traceability and fast UK delivery from Integraflow.
