Eccentric

Integraflow supplies eccentric hygienic reducers in imperial sizes, manufactured to BS 4825 Part 1 and made from high-grade 316L stainless steel. These reducers are engineered for hygienic transitions between different pipe sizes in horizontal process lines, where maintaining self-draining flow is critical.

Eccentric reducers feature:

  • An offset centerline to eliminate pooling and dead legs in horizontal installations.

  • A smooth internal bore with polished finish to support CIP/SIP procedures.

  • Weld ends suitable for orbital or TIG welding.

Ideal for use in food, dairy, brewery, beverage, and pharmaceutical environments, eccentric reducers help to maintain product integrity and hygiene standards throughout your processing system.
