Weld Liner
Integraflow supplies precision-engineered SMS Weld Liners, also known as SMS Male Parts, used in hygienic pipeline systems conforming to the Swedish Manufacturing Standard (SMS 1145). These liners form the male half of an SMS union, providing a smooth hygienic bore and secure connection when paired with an SMS ferrule, nut, and gasket.
Each liner is designed for orbital or manual welding into stainless steel tube, creating a flush internal bore for easy cleaning and product flow.
Product features:
Manufactured from 316L stainless steel for corrosion resistance and hygienic performance
Polished internal surface finish (typically Ra ≤ 0.8 μm) for clean-in-place (CIP) and sterilise-in-place (SIP) compatibility
Available in sizes from DN25 (1”) to DN100 (4”)
Designed for use with standard SMS union seals and nuts
Suitable for use with ISO, DIN, or BS tube on request
