RJT Unions

ntegraflow supplies high-quality RJT (Ring Joint Type) hygienic unions in imperial sizes, manufactured from 316L stainless steel to BS 4825 Part 5. RJT unions are widely used across the UK food, dairy, and beverage industries for creating hygienic, demountable connections in process pipework systems.

Each RJT union consists of:

A male part (weld end)
A liner (weld end)
A hex nut
A hygienic seal

RJT unions are designed to provide a secure, clean joint that can be easily dismantled for routine cleaning or maintenance. The internal geometry minimises product retention, making them suitable for CIP and SIP applications.

RJT fittings are ideal for systems where pipework needs to be taken apart regularly, such as tank connections, portable lines, and washdown areas.

Available from stock in imperial OD sizes from 1” to 4”, with full traceability, replacement parts, and gaskets also available. Rapid UK-wide supply from Integraflow.
