Seals

Integraflow offers a wide selection of Tri Clamp seals designed for hygienic process systems in food, beverage, dairy, and pharmaceutical environments. These seals ensure leak-free performance and hygienic integrity in Tri Clamp (Tri Clover) pipework connections.

Available in a variety of materials to suit different chemical and temperature requirements:

EPDM Seals – general-purpose seals with excellent resistance to steam and CIP/SIP cleaning agents
Silicone Seals – highly flexible and suitable for extreme temperature applications
PTFE (Teflon) Seals – chemically resistant and non-stick, ideal for aggressive media
Viton Seals – resistant to oils, solvents, and high temperatures

All Tri Clamp gaskets are compatible with standard ferrules and fittings per BS4825, DIN, and ISO specifications. Sizes range from DN10 (1/2”) up to DN150 (6”), with imperial OD equivalents available from 1” to 4”.

Seals are available in both standard and envelope types, with pressure-rated and FDA/USP Class VI certified options. All products are traceable and suitable for use in SIP and CIP systems.
