Integraflow offers a comprehensive selection of Metric DIN Seals, designed for use in DIN 11851-style hygienic unions built on metric outside diameter (OD) stainless steel tubing. These gaskets form the critical sealing element between the male liner and female ferrule, compressed by a DIN nut to ensure a leak-tight, hygienic seal.

Available in a range of FDA- and USP Class VI-approved materials, these seals are suitable for CIP/SIP systemsand meet the demands of the food, beverage, dairy, pharmaceutical, and cosmetic industries.

Seal material options:

• EPDM – steam- and CIP-resistant for general-purpose hygienic use

• Viton (FKM) – high chemical and temperature resistance

• PTFE (Teflon®) – inert, non-stick, and ideal for aggressive or sticky media

• Silicone – highly flexible and stable at extreme temperatures

• Nitrile (NBR) – oil- and fat-resistant, ideal for food and dairy systems
