Dome Cap Ends

Integraflow supplies hygienic stainless steel dome caps in imperial sizes, manufactured to BS 4825 Part 1 and formed from high-grade 316L stainless steel. These caps are designed to close off the end of a hygienic process line while maintaining sanitary standards and a polished internal finish.

Hygienic dome caps are:

  • Welded end closures used to permanently seal unused lines or terminations.

  • Manufactured with a domed profile to allow smooth flow deflection and avoid product retention.

  • CIP/SIP compatible, with internal polishing for clean, contamination-free operation.

Dome caps are widely used in clean industries including food, dairy, brewery, beverage, and pharmaceutical production. Designed for TIG welding and orbital weld setups, each dome cap is supplied with full traceability and mill test certification.

Available in imperial OD sizes from 1” to 4”, with fast delivery throughout the UK from Integraflow.
