Seals

Integraflow supplies a full range of SMS Seals, also known as SMS Gaskets, designed to provide a leak-tight, hygienic seal between SMS union components in stainless steel process pipelines. These gaskets are critical for ensuring hygienic integrity in systems used across food, beverage, dairy, pharmaceutical, and biotech industries.

SMS seals are fitted between the male liner and female ferrule and compressed by the union nut to create a hygienic seal that’s resistant to high pressures, cleaning cycles, and process media.

Available in multiple material options:

• EPDM – excellent resistance to steam, water, and cleaning agents (CIP/SIP compatible)

• Silicone – flexible and stable across a wide temperature range

• PTFE – chemically resistant and ideal for aggressive or sticky media

• Viton (FKM) – high temperature and chemical resistance, ideal for pharmaceutical applications
