Nitrile (NBR)

Integraflow supplies IDF Nitrile Seals (NBR), engineered for BS 4825 IDF hygienic unions used in imperial OD stainless steel pipework. Nitrile is a durable elastomer with excellent resistance to animal fats, vegetable oils, and mild cleaning chemicals, making it ideal for dairy, edible oil, and food-grade applications.

Key features:

• Resistant to fats, oils, greases, and mild chemicals

• Temperature range: -30°C to +120°C

• Available in black or white food-grade NBR

• Suitable for 1” to 4” OD pipe sizes

• Compatible with Integraflow’s IDF Liners, Ferrules, and Nuts
