Integraflow offers a specialist range of U-Bolts manufactured from A2 (304) and A4 (316) stainless steel, specifically designed to suit hygienic pipework systems in food, dairy, beverage, pharmaceutical, and cosmetic environments. These U-bolts provide secure, low-profile pipe retention with a focus on cleanability, chemical resistance, and structural reliability.

Suitable for wall, floor, or overhead installations, these clamps are ideal where space is limited or where a cost-effective hygienic support solution is needed.

• Available in A2 (304) and A4 (316) stainless steel

• Designed for metric and imperial OD tube sizes from DN10 (1/2”) to DN150 (6”)

• Smooth, burr-free finish to prevent microbial build-up

• Non-threaded contact zone to eliminate pipe damage and allow for washdown

• Supplied with nylon insert locknuts and optional flat washers
