Integraflow supplies EPDM RJT seals for use in BS 4825 Part 5 hygienic union systems. EPDM (Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer) is a durable, high-performance rubber compound widely used in hygienic process applications due to its excellent resistance to steam, CIP chemicals, and weak acids.

EPDM RJT gaskets are ideal for:

• Food, beverage, and clean water applications

• Steam sterilisation and CIP/SIP processes

• Environments where resistance to cleaning agents and heat is required

Typical operating temperature range: -40°C to +120°C, with short-term exposure up to 140°C possible depending on system design.

These gaskets are fully compatible with Integraflow’s RJT liners, male parts, and nuts, and are available in imperial sizes from 1” to 4” OD. Supplied from stock with full material traceability and UK-wide delivery.
