Seals

Integraflow supplies a complete range of IDF Seals, designed for use in BS 4825 Part 4 IDF hygienic unions. These gaskets provide a hygienic, crevice-free seal between the male liner and ferrule, clamped securely by the IDF nut. Available in multiple FDA- and USP Class VI-approved materials, IDF Seals are suitable for hygienic process systems requiring CIP/SIP compatibility, thermal stability, and chemical resistance.

Material options include:

• EPDM – excellent steam and CIP chemical resistance
