Tees

Integraflow offers a comprehensive range of imperial hygienic tees manufactured to BS 4825 Part 1, suitable for welded pipework in clean process applications. All tees are made from 316L stainless steel with precision-formed geometry and polished internal surfaces for hygienic flow performance.

Available configurations include:

  • Pulled Tees – fabricated from drawn tube with a compact branch profile, ideal for space-saving installations.

  • Full Swept Tees – formed with a long-radius sweep to minimize turbulence and product buildup in high-flow systems.

  • Y Pieces (Wye Tees) – provide a smooth, angled junction, commonly used for directional changes or blending process lines.

Each fitting is designed for use in food, dairy, brewery, beverage, pharmaceutical, and cosmetic manufacturing, where hygienic integrity is essential. Compatible with clean-in-place (CIP) and steam-in-place (SIP) cleaning systems.

Supplied in imperial sizes from 1” to 4”, all components are fully traceable, with mill test certification and UK-wide availability from Integraflow.
